MEMORIES of MARTY

"I met Marty my freshman year at MSU on 3B Butterfield Hall. He became a friend and soon recruited me and others to rush Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. I made the wise decision to join the brotherhood, and like Marty, moved into our wonderful chapter house on East Grand River and the Red Cedar River the next fall. The following year we elected Marty the Alpha Pi Chapter President. We enjoyed a great college experience with Marty and great brothers. I will miss seeing Marty from time-to-time at a MSU football game or Delta Sig event. Marty was a thoughtful and delightful gentlemen, had a wonderful wife and partner in Laura, and wonderful kids, two we also miss, as we will Marty. My sincere condolences and prayers to the family."

- Rick Van Dresser (Winter 1976)
